About The Alliance

The goal of the Foundation is to facilitate the development of African American Men and Boys in American society. THE ALLIANCE, a 501(c)3 association, is a working collaborative of three components: Programs and Public Education, The Black Male Athlete Economic Cluster and The African American Male Information Initiative.

OUR VISION

We Believe That at the Most Basic Level, ALL African American Males Want a Secure Home, A Family, Good Health, Friends, Meaningful Employment and A Presence in Their Community

OUR MISSION

We Seek to Develop a Collective Empowerment of Black Male Athletes… Then Utilize that Social and Economic Power to Foster Leadership in the Objective Evaluation of the Current Challenges Facing African American Male Youth and Act as a Change Agent, Creating Activities and Opportunities that Encourage These Young Men to Realize Their Full Potential as Productive Members of Their Communities and Our Nation.

OUR GOAL

Creating an ECONOMIC Opportunity Through EDUCATION for Black Men to be FATHERS.

INITIATIVE….

African American Male Information Initiative

Mission… To collect and distribute enough information on African American males to have a measurable impact on America.

Our first steps towards empowerment are information and communication. We must collect, analyze, create and assemble the right kind of information about African American males. This information must then be distributed in an effective and timely manner. The facilitation of this dynamic is at the core of our community acting collectively.

Economics….

Black Male Athlete Economic Cluster

Mission… To develop a communication tool that promotes the collective Social and Economic Empowerment of African American male athletes.

We are focused on creating opportunities for athletes to invest their time and money soundly. These opportunities will have two(2) areas of concentration:

  1. Allowing Black athletes to manage and invest their resources as effectively and productively as possible.
  • The Giving Back Fund

(2) Whenever possible to invest in projects that not only make good business sense, but that empower and employ people from the African American community.
