Paul Beltis, Board Member

Paul Beltis is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, focusing on clients in the High-Technology Industry; he serves as a Regional Diversity & Inclusion leader in addition to serving on Deloitte's National Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council.

Paul is a lifetime member of the NBMBAA (National Black MBA Association) and has been an advisor to the NBMBAA Los Angeles Chapter for several years. For many years he has been very active with INROADS, both in recruiting and mentoring INROADS interns in addition to participating & teaching at the National INROADS Leadership Development Institute.

Paul co-led the creation of the Deloitte African-American Network (AAN) and served as the AAN National leader for 7 years, at the request of the general membership; he was proudly nicknamed their "Pigmentationaly Challenged Brother".

In 1999, Paul partnered with the NAAAA to lead the first West Coast SAT-prep course for inner-city High School students in Los Angeles. In partnership with UCLA he brought 857 inner-city High School youth together for a full-day session taught by Princeton Review.

Paul is a personal friend of David & Rachel Robinson, the son & widow of baseball & civil rights pioneer Jackie Robinson; through his relationship he has brought David's Sweet Unity Farms Coffee into Deloitte as a minority-supplier office coffee service in multiple offices around the U.S. Paul is also active with the Jackie Robinson Foundation.

In his "spare-time" Paul is the father of 6 daughters with 4 son-in-laws and 6 grandchildren; he and his wife (Judy) of 35 years live in Southern California.
